THE DIET STARTS...MONDAY.
Sound familiar?
Well I’m a classic offender. I will put off starting a new healthy eating regime until Monday morning – telling myself it is symbolic of new starts and new beginnings….when in fact it really means I’m allowing myself a few extra days to enjoy those naughtier foods in life!
And I know I’m not alone when it comes to choosing Monday as the day I will start a new diet.
