THE DIET STARTS...MONDAY.
Well I’m a classic offender. I will put off starting a new healthy eating regime until Monday morning – telling myself it is symbolic of new starts and new beginnings….when in fact it really means I’m allowing myself a few extra days to enjoy those naughtier foods in life!
And I know I’m not alone when it comes to choosing Monday as the day I will start a new diet.
We spend a lot of time hearing from slimmers about their experiences of losing weight – but what about those people who are by their side every step of the way, as they head towards their weight loss target?
We thought we’d ask one man how it feels to live with a Slimavite slimmer…
WHAT'S IT LIKE LIVING WITH A SLIMMER?
“When my fianceé told me she was going on the Slimavite diet to lose a couple of stone ready for our wedding, I didn’t know what to expect or how to react,” explains Graham from Fareham.

Emma is 35 and from Gloucester. She is currently on sabbatical from being Head of department teaching Sociology. Emma has three children, aged 11, seven and two.
